M&A fees typically range between 3–8% of transaction value and are influenced by complexity, risk and degree of preparation. When the business has been structured through Exit Readiness™ and Exit Execution™, uncertainty is reduced, the work becomes more focused, and terms can be negotiated on a clearer basis.
