While our M&A partners manage the execution of the sale—such as marketing to buyers and managing bids—Exit Strategy Programme  remains focused on high-level strategy, negotiation positioning, and ensuring that the deal structure aligns with the seller’s long-term goals.

Exit Strategy Programme  is not an M&A firm and does not undertake the sale mandate. Exit Strategy Programme  does not provide legal or financial advice and does not replace legal counsel, auditors or financing.
Exit Strategy Programme  is also not a classic management consultancy, but works specifically with structural preparation related to the sale process.
Exit Strategy Programme  works before the sale mandate is granted and structures the company through analysis and preparation. Once the mandate is granted, the M&A firm runs the sale process. Exit Strategy Programme ’s mandate ends once the sale process has been completed and closing has taken place.
Any further advice requires a separate and new contractual basis.

Richardt founded the first of his six companies at the age of 22 and has since sold several of them. In addition to being an owner-manager, he has served as Managing Director and interim CEO in both owner-managed and listed companies.​
His core expertise lies in strategic work with a primary focus on commercial and technical matters, but he has also been responsible for an HR company and several advertising agencies in Denmark and internationally.​
His professional background includes an MBA from Kellogg School of Management and Nyenrode Business University, as well as training as an export technician.
